Hi, I'm Odile, a cultural and trauma-responsive Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Holistic Life Coach with over 10 years of experience. The Love Recovery Lab is a safe place that I created to help women identify the source of maladaptive behaviors in relationships and dating and guide them in healing.
Working with me, you'll learn how to improve your relationship with yourself, date better, cultivate more nurturing relationships, set boundaries, and manage challenging emotions such as anxiety and depression. Schedule a consultation with me to discuss your options and start reclaiming your self.
