About Us
Our Mission
At Odile Psychotherapy Service (OPS), we empower Black people and other people of color to heal, grow, and build meaningful, loving relationships with themselves and with others.

Our mission is to provide culturally affirming, trauma-informed therapy that honors identity, context, and lived experience. We believe that healing relationships are foundational to lasting change and that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and whole.

Who We Are
At Odile Psychotherapy Service, we provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for adults in New York City, NJ, and FL who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-abandonment, perfectionism, and emotional burnout.

We specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking, self-doubt, or unhealthy relationships, often rooted in attachment wounds, childhood emotional neglect, or complex trauma.

If you’re high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside, you’re not alone.

What We Treat
We work with adults who are experiencing:
-
Anxiety and chronic overthinking
-
