I am a mental health therapist with a graduate degree in mental health counseling and bachelor’s in psychology. My style of therapy is person-centered and goal-oriented. I collaborate with adults from diverse cultural backgrounds to cultivate self-acceptance, build self-esteem, identify goals and cope with life challenges. As a child of immigrant parents, I understand the importance of being culturally affirming and I incorporate this element in my therapeutic work. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and families dealing with mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, adjustment to change, relationship issues and many others. I want to support you in tackling life’s troubles and emerging victorious as your best self. Seeking therapy can be frightening but I hope you can take this courageous step to give me a call.
