Individual Therapy

At Odile Psychotherapy we offer online therapy for adults and teenagers in NY and NJ. Online therapy makes it possible to access therapy that is culturally responsive no matter where in the state you live. We understand how scary therapy can be if it was not normalized in our homes or community. Black, Indigenous, and People of Color are most at risk for mental health challenges because of racism. Some therapists do not see racism as a contributing factor or address it when treating mental health challenges, but we do.
