Mariah McCoy

I work to drive social change through community engagement, outreach, policy, and systems-level initiatives.

I am a second-year Master of Social Work graduate intern at the University at Albany, concentrating in macro social work. At Odile McKenzie Psychotherapy Services (OPS), I support leadership development, ERG (employee resource group) programming, and culturally responsive facilitation. My work centers on building trauma-informed, psychologically safe workplaces that help organizations move from survival mode into growth mode.

I am committed to helping OPS and other organizations build healthier, more sustainable workplace environments.
