Antonia C. Hughes

Advanced Clinical Resident

I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can be heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I am a second-year Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate intern at the University at Albany. Under the close clinical supervision of Odile McKenzie, LCSW, I provide virtual therapy to individuals throughout New York and New Jersey seeking compassionate, evidence-informed care.

As a Black social worker, I am deeply committed to culturally responsive care and creating an affirming space where you feel free to bring your full, authentic self into the room.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, identity questions, relationship challenges, and everyday overwhelm, as well as youth ages 10 to 21 and their families. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you find your footing.

Sessions are available at affordable, sliding-scale rates.
