Does any of this sound like you?

A Moment To Be Honest With Yourself

  • Are you successful on paper, but exhausted underneath it?

  • Do you struggle to set boundaries, even when you know you should?

  • Are you unhappy, but unsure if it's "bad enough" to get help?

  • Do you keep achieving your goals, but never feel like it's enough?

  • Are you tired of being the strong one for everyone else?

A Different Kind Of Therapy

Most therapy stops at coping skills or awareness. We go further.

The Quiet Rupture is Odile McKenzie's approach to the subtle, cumulative wounds that shape how you show up today, especially the ones that never looked like "big trauma." It's the work underneath the exhaustion. From there, we give you real tools to interrupt those patterns in the moment they happen.

Odile McKenzie, LCSW, is an Adjunct Instructor at NYU Steinhardt and AF-EMDR trained, with over 10 years of clinical experience helping women do this work.

What Sessions With Us Feel Like

Our sessions are virtual, 30 to 60 minutes, and built around you. No pressure to have the right words. No pressure to perform strength.

We use a relational, trauma-informed approach alongside cultural affirmation and a queer-affirming, supportive lens. Together, we slow down enough to actually feel what's been building for years.
