Here are some questions to help guide you
in deciding if we are the right fit for you.

Emotional Challenges?

Allow us the opportunity to support you while you navigate through your emotional suffering and identify healthier ways to cope. You’ve had to survive for many years, let’s work on you thriving.

  • Are you struggling to let go of past hurt or are you stuck in the same patterns?

  • Emotional neglect from parents getting in the way of your romantic relationships?

  • Do you struggle with setting boundaries?

  • Do you sacrifice your needs to please others?

  • Difficulty sleeping because you are worrying or ruminating?

  • Are you struggling to move forward from a past relationship?

  • Do you keep choosing the wrong partner, but you don’t know why?

  • Are you feeling single and ashamed?

  • Are you feeling alone in your pain?

  • Is shame, anger, sadness or anxiety holding you back?

Professional Challenges?

Let’s meet and set a time for when you want to achieve your life goals and get to the best version of YOU. Life can be hectic and our wellness and life goals often end up at the bottom of the priority list. Let’s explore, unpack, process, and hold yourselves accountable in order to get the life you so very much deserve.

  • Do you also feel stuck in your career?

  • Is work stress affecting your health?

  • Imposter syndrome holding you back?

  • Burned out?

  • Do you set personal and professional goals, but lack the motivation or clarity on how to accomplish these goals?

  • Are you able to achieve your goals, but you self-sabotage?

  • Are you unhappy at work, but you’re afraid to leave?

Ask yourself

  • How many years have gone by without being happy or fulfilled?

  • How many more years am I willing to let go by without taking the steps toward the life I desire?

  • How has my fear gotten in the way of my goals?

  • How has intergenerational trauma impacted my ability to cope and be happy?

  • What will my life look like if I don’t prioritize my well-being NOW?

  • What would my life look like if I didn’t have anything holding me back and I had everything I needed to be happy?

What will the sessions be like?

Our sessions will be held virtually for 30-60 minutes. It will be a place where you can process, explore, label, and unpack your feelings through a culturally sensitive, queer-affirming, and supportive lens. We will work together to help clear the emotional clutter so that you can find peace and be happy.
