Allow me the opportunity to support you while you navigate through your emotional suffering and identify healthier ways to cope. You’ve had to survive for many years, let’s work on you thriving.

Let’s meet and set a time for when you want to achieve your life goals and get to the best version of YOU. Life can be hectic and often times our wellness and life goals ends up at the bottom of the priority list. Let’s explore, unpack, process and hold ourselves accountable in order to get the life we so very much deserve.

  • Do you also feel stuck in your career? 

  • Do you set personal and professional goals, but lack the motivation or clarity on how to accomplish these goals?

What will the sessions be like?

Our sessions will be 45 mins long and a place where you get to unpack your feelings and explore your challenges through a culturally sensitive, queer affirming and supportive lens. We will work together to help clear the emotional clutter, so that you can release and be happy.

  • How many years have gone by without being happy or fulfilled?

  • How many more years am I willing to let go by without taking the steps towards the life I desire?

  • How has my fear gotten in the way of my goals?

  • How has intergenerational trauma impacted my ability to cope and be happy?

  • What would my life look like if I didn’t have anything holding me back and I had everything I needed to be happy?
