Do you feel burnt out? Wondering if you can escape this feeling? Have you been feeling isolated or disconnected from meaningful relationships? Are you experiencing anxiety about new situations, relationships, or your day-to-day life? Do you feel like you are not able to be your true, authentic self? Take the first steps of self-discovery and affirmation with me.Â
Learn to love and accept yourself, while feeling supported and safe. Let us explore who you are versus who you want to be, and break out of the cycle imposed on us by society.
Together, we can build a safe, curious environment where you can explore, embrace, and love yourself, and finally feel understood.
Currently, I am an intern and a student at NYU and am supervised and clinically supported by Odile McKenzie, LCSW. I have been a behavioral therapist (Registered Behavioural Technician) for about two years, working with the Autism Spectrum Community. I have learned to integrate behavioral therapies with compassion, empathetic listening, and multicultural theoretical frameworks to provide individualized, culturally sensitive therapy.Â
If you are ready to embark on this journey with me, allow me to support you the best I can.Â
